All of our nail sets are hand made and made to order, customized to your specific size and preferred shape. Therefore, please make sure to carefully check your nail sizes before placing an order.

Since each set is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Wrong Size

For first-time customers, it is possible that you may not be familiar with how to measure your nails correctly, which can result in ordering the wrong size. In this case, we are happy to make a new set for you, and we simply ask that you provide us with your correct nail sizes.

If the nail set we produced does not match the sizes stated in our size chart, please provide photos showing the measurements of the nails you received. We will review them and, if there is a sizing error on our side, we will remake and send you a new set.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If package is damaged by carrier, we will process a new one and send it to you

Refunds

You may request a refund within 6 hours of placing your order, and we will issue a refund regardless of the reason.

After 6 hours, your order may have already entered production or been completed, and unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer a refund.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refunds, please contact us at support@dragonnail.com.
