Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

Shipping Methods & Rates
All items offered on Dragonnail are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.

Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. (Each nail sets are handmade by experience nail artists to ensure the best quality to customers)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
